Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the Institute of Political Science, UC-Chile. His thesis seeks to understand how governments with redistributive mandates balance political conflict in highly unequal democracies. Nocetto’s areas of interest include comparative politics, political economy, and research methods. Within the IMFD, he works with an interdisciplinary group studying the political incorporation of migrants using inference for hard-to-reach populations.
